Our MINI aftermarket thermostats are covered by a 12-month warranty. The warranty applies to confirmed manufacturing defects under normal aftermarket replacement, installation, maintenance, and operating conditions.
The warranty does not normally cover incorrect product selection, improper installation, engine overheating, contaminated or unsuitable coolant, trapped air, cooling-system blockage, external damage, unauthorized modification, abnormal operating conditions, or normal wear unrelated to a manufacturing defect.
For a suspected quality issue, please stop installing or selling the affected products and provide the order or invoice number, OE number, affected quantity, batch information, vehicle and engine details, clear photos or videos, installation details, and available diagnostic results. Elecdura will review the supplied evidence and confirm whether the issue is covered by the 12-month warranty before discussing an appropriate solution with the buyer.
