The standard minimum order quantity is 50 PCS per item. Mixed-SKU orders may be discussed according to the selected product range, total purchasing quantity, packaging requirements, and current production arrangement.

Products are checked according to the confirmed OE reference, dimensions, housing configuration, connector type, sealing structure, and opening-temperature specification. Inspection requirements can also be discussed for distributor, importer, and private-label orders.
Our standard warranty is 12 months under normal installation and operating conditions. The warranty does not cover incorrect fitment, improper installation, cooling-system contamination, overheating caused by other components, unauthorized modification, or abnormal vehicle use.
If a product problem occurs, please provide the order number, product SKU, OE number, quantity affected, installation information, and clear photos or videos showing the issue.
